Home / Get a scope

Four questions, two minutes

Build the scope yourself.

Pick what you think you need and answer four questions. The panel assembles a scope summary as you go, tells you what we would lead with, and carries everything into the call so you do not have to explain it twice.

We do not sell packages, so there is no price list to send you. A scope is built from the two or three things that will move your number fastest, priced flat and monthly. This page is the first half of that conversation, in your own time and without anyone on the phone.

01

You send the summary

Either straight from this page into a booking, or by email. Nothing goes into a nurture sequence.

02

We read it properly

Usually with a look at your site, your ads if they are visible, and your search presence before we reply.

03

One call, thirty minutes

We check the assumptions in your summary and tell you where we think you are wrong. That part is free.

04

A one-page scope

Flat monthly figure, what lands each month, what we are not doing, and what would make us recommend stopping.

How pricing works

Flat monthly, scoped to the work.

Three rules we hold to, on every engagement, including the ones where it costs us money.

  • No percentage of ad spend. Charging a share of your budget rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive to build a relationship on.
  • Remove a line from the scope and the price comes down. A retainer should be a list of things that arrive, not a number with work attached afterwards.
  • No rebates from platforms or publishers. You see the rate we pay, and the fee is the fee.
  • Notice periods are short. Work that is going well does not need a contract to hold it in place.
About scopes

Straight answers.

No, and any agency that quotes before understanding your margins is guessing. What you get here is the shape of the work and what we would lead with. The figure comes after one call, on one page.

That is partly the point. The panel tells you when what you picked is not what we would lead with, and why. Plenty of people arrive asking for ads and leave with conversion work instead.

For paid media we are most useful above roughly Rs 2 lakh a month in spend. For SEO, content and conversion work there is no spend floor, but there is a time one: less than two quarters and the channel will not have had a fair run.

Yes. We work from Bengaluru with clients in other time zones and hold call slots outside Indian working hours for that reason.
