Core capability

Digital strategy consulting

The thinking, for teams that already have the hands to execute.

Some businesses do not need another agency running their channels. They need someone to decide what to stop doing, where the money should go, and how to tell whether it worked. This engagement is diagnosis, plan and review. Your team executes, we hold the map and the standard, and we say plainly when something is not working.

Why brands call us about this

Any of this sound familiar?

If two or more of these are true, this is usually the right place to start.

You have an in-house team and no shared view of what they should prioritise

Every channel reports success while the business number stays flat

Budget gets allocated by last year plus ten percent

Two agencies and three tools each claim the same conversions

Nobody can say what a customer costs or what one is worth

A new market or product launch is coming and there is no plan behind it

What's included

Everything in scope, written down.

No line item appears in a proposal unless it earns its place in the plan. If something here is not relevant to you, it comes out and the price comes down.

  • Commercial diagnosis: unit economics, customer value, current cost per acquisition by channel
  • Measurement architecture so that one number means one thing across every report
  • Channel strategy and budget allocation with an explicit case for each rupee
  • Roadmap by quarter with owners, dependencies and decision points
  • Team and tooling review, including what to hire, what to outsource and what to switch off
  • Fortnightly working sessions with your team, plus a monthly review against the plan
The flywheel

Four stages that feed each other.

This is not a funnel with an end. Each stage makes the next one cheaper, and the loop gets stronger every time it turns. Tap a stage to hold it.

    What we report

Four numbers, defined the same way every month.

    Blended cost per acquisition

All marketing spend divided by all new customers. Harder to game than any channel number.

    Contribution margin after marketing

What is left after goods and marketing. The number that decides whether growth is worth having.

    Payback period

How many months until a customer repays acquisition cost. It sets how fast you can safely spend.

    Forecast accuracy

How close last quarter came to plan. Improving accuracy is itself a sign the model is right.

    Worth saying out loud

    What we don't do.

We do not deliver a deck and disappear. The engagement includes the reviews that make a plan real.

We do not recommend channels we would then bill you to run without saying so plainly.

We do not build strategies that need a headcount you do not have.

    Questions we get asked

    Straight answers.

Usually one quarter for diagnosis and plan, then a lighter monthly retainer for reviews. Some clients keep the review layer for a year, some take the plan and run it themselves. Both are fine outcomes.

If the evidence points there, yes, and we will say what to look for in a replacement. We will also tell you when the agency is fine and the brief is the problem, which is more common.

We can, and we will price it separately and honestly. If a different specialist is the better fit, we will say so. Recommending ourselves into every gap is how agencies lose credibility.

Access to real numbers, including the uncomfortable ones, and one person empowered to make decisions. Without both, strategy work turns into an expensive workshop.
